EQUIPMENT CONDITION
Three lockwashers
Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-260-10).
Chalk (Appendix C, Item 10)
Battery ground cable disconnected (para. 4-48).
a. Sealed Beam Lamp Removal
1. Remove three screws (1) and retaining ring (2) from headlight housing ring (4).
NOTE
Tag all wires for installation.
2. Disconnect three wires (3) from three connectors (5) on rear of headlight housing (4) and remove
sealed beam lamp (10).

b. Headlight Housing Removal
1. Disconnect three wires (9) from three connectors (5) on rear of headlight housing (4).
2. Remove three nuts (8), lockwashers (6), and headlight housing (4) from body (7). Discard
lockwashers (6).
