(2) Install the injector nozzle to the housing,

and connect the fuel lines to the nozzle (fig. 2-100).

(3) Install the spark plug with the gasket (use

a new gasket if the plug is a new one) in the housing

(fig. 2-100). Connect the igniter wire to the plug.

a. Removal.

(1) Disconnect the ignition lead from the

spark plug.

(2) Remove the spark plug from the spark

plug housing.

(3) Unscrew the spark plug housing from the

flame heater body.

(4) Remove the fuel lines from the injector

nozzle.

( 5 ) Unscrew the injector nozzle from the

flame heater body.

(6) Remove the bolts and lockwashers

b. Installation.

(1) Mount the housing with a gasket on the

m a n i f o l d , and remove the housing. Leave the

intake elbow. Secure the housing (as well as the oil

harness retaining clip on the harness for future

line and clamp assembly) with four lockwashers

installation.
