(MHC) OPERATION - Continued
RAISE AND LOWER LOAD
WARNING
Area must be clear of personnel before operating swing or
telescoping boom. Boom must be rotated and telescoped slowly
enough so Operator has control of load. If Operator cannot see load
during operation, operate Material Handling Crane (MHC) with
REMOTE CONTROL UNIT. Failure to comply may result in serious injury
or death to personnel or damage to equipment.
Attach guide lines to load to keep control of load at all times. Failure
to comply may result in serious injury or death to personnel or
damage to equipment.
1.
Refer to range diagram (WP 0030 00) or to Table 1 to determine correct boom
angle.
2.
Position BOOM lever (28) to UP until boom angle indicator (45) shows correct
reading.
