RAISING SIDE FLAPS - Continued
NOTE
Right and left side flaps are raised and lowered the same way.
There are six straps and six sets of D-rings attached to cover for holding side
flaps in open position.
2.
Remove shock cord (63) from J-hooks (51).
NOTE
Steps 3 through 6 are performed from inside dump body.
3.
Roll up side flap (64).
4.
Wrap strap (65) around side flap (64).
5.
Install strap (65) through D-rings (66).
6.
Adjust length of strap (65) as required.
7.
Perform steps 4 through 6 on remaining five straps.
