INSTALLATION (CONT)
(38) Position three clamps (42) on transmission oil cooler
hose (29).
(39) Position clamp (43) on transmission oil cooler hose (22).
NOTE
Step (40) requires the aid of an assistant.
(40) Position three clamps (42) and clamp (43) on
transmission oil cooler hose bracket (44) with four
screws (45) and self-locking nuts (46).
(41) Install gasket (9), flywheel cover (8), and transmission oil
cooler hose bracket (44) on flywheel housing (10) with
four washers (7) and screws (47).
(42) Tighten four self-locking nuts (46) to 96-132 lb-in. (11-13
Nm).
(43) Tighten four screws (47) to 16-25 lb-ft (21-35 Nm).
NOTE
Step (44) requires the aid of an assistant.
(44) Position lower front support crossmember (5) on vehicle
with four bolts (4) and self-locking nuts (3).
(45) Tighten four self-locking nuts (3) to 295-369 lb-ft (400-
500 Nm).
