Install bushing (17) in sleeve (18) and position sleeve (18) over pin in end frame (19).

Place thrust washer (16) in end frame (19). Ensure that tab on thrust washer (16) engages slot in

Install new seal (15) in end frame (19).

Install new seal (23) in drum (24).
24.
Goat thrust washer (22) with GAA grease, install on shaft (21), and position against gearcase (1).

Ensure that thrust washer (22) engages slot in gearcase (1).
Using a soft-faced hammer as necessary, install two new keys (20) in shaft (21).
26.
Align keyways in drum (24) to keys (20) on shaft (21) and drive drum (24) on shaft (21) until seated.
27.
Install grease fitting (25) on end frame (19).
28.
Install end frame (19) on shaft (21).
