c . Cleaning and Inspection

For general cleaning instructions, refer to para. 2-14.

Inspect flexplate (9) for cracks, breaks, elongated holes, and damaged teeth. Replace flexplate (9) if
cracked, broken, holes are elongated, or teeth are damaged.
3.
Inspect flywheel housing (4) for cracks, breaks, and stripped threads. Replace or repair flywheel
housing (4) if cracked, broken, or threads are stripped.
