b. Inspection and Repair

3. Inspect seat base (3), top frame (2), upper strut (6), lower strut (7), and sleeve (9) for cracks, bends,
and breaks. Replace if cracked, bent, or broken.
4. Inspect torque rod (10), spring (4), crank (1), and springs (8) for cracks, bends, and breaks. Replace
if cracked, bent, or broken.
5. Inspect shock absorber (5) for cracks, bends, breaks, and leakage. Replace if cracked, bent, broken,
or leaking,
