b. Reach a desired speed and lightly apply brake pedal with steady
force. Vehicle should stop smoothly without noticeable side-pull or
chatter.
c. After stopping vehicle and with transmission in neutral, release
brake pedal. The wheel brakes should release immediately and without
difficulty.
