GENERAL
This work package provides the data and procedures for Raising Cab and Lowering Cab
on the M1083A1 series vehicles.
RAISING CAB
WARNING
Engine compartment and accessories may be extremely hot when
engine is running or has been running recently. Use caution around
engine when cab is raised. Failure to comply may result in injury to
personnel.
Engine compartment contains a partially exposed fan blade. Use
extreme caution around front of engine. Failure to comply may
result in injury to personnel.
NOTE
Cab will not raise unless system park control is pulled out.
Perform step 1 on M1089A1.

Raise amber warning light masts to mid-position (WP 0070 00).
