EXTERIOR CONTROLS AND INDICATORS
GENERAL
The following paragraphs contain illustrations that show the location of each exterior
control and indicator for the M1083A1 series vehicles. Each control and indicator is
clearly labeled as it appears on the vehicle. Callouts on the illustration are keyed to the
tabular listing which contains the name and the functional description of each control
and indicator.
PASSENGER SIDE EXTERIOR CONTROLS AND INDICATORS
Table 1 describes controls on the exterior passenger side of the vehicle.

and to compress the suspension for internal air
transport. Table 2 describes all controls on

Hydraulic hand pump that provides back-up
power in case of failure to the hydraulic
manifold.
