Remove
two nuts (2) from two connectors (10).
5.
Remove
two nuts (3) from two connectors (5).
6.
Remove
two nuts (6) from two connectors (5).
7.
Remove
four screws (8), manual starter switch box (7), and two connectors (5) from van body (9).
8.
Remove
four screws (1) and manual starter switch box (4) from van body (9).
b. Installation
1.
Feed three wires (22), (19), (20), and (21) into manual starter switch box (4).
2.
Install manual starter switch box (4) on two connectors (10) and van body (9) with four screws (1)
and two nuts (2).
3.
Install two connectors (5) and manual starter switch box (7) on van body (9) and manual starter
switch box (4) with four screws (8) and two nuts (3) and (6).
4.
Feed three wires (19) and (20) through two connectors (5) and manual starter switch box (7).
5.
Connect six wires (22) and (21) to six switch leads (11) and (12) with six insulated wire
splices (14).
6.
Connect six wires (20) and (19) to six switch leads (16) and (17) with six insulated wire
splices (18).
7.
Install covers (13) and (15) on air conditioner starter switch boxes (4) and (7).
