a. Removal
NOTE
Tag wires for installation.
1.
Remove six screws (21) and cover (20) from load center (15).
2.
Remove screw (14) and wire (13) from neutral buss bar (16).
3.
Remove screw (10) and wire (11) from relay (12).
4.
Remove screws (5) and (9) and wires (7) and (8) from rear door blackout switch (6).
NOTE
Perform steps 5 through 8 for left and right side of van body.
5.
Remove six screws (24) and cover (22) from van body (26).
6.
Remove grommet (4) from van body (26).
7.
Remove nut (19), two screws (17), and connector halves (18) from harness (23) and cover (22).
8.
Remove nut (3), two screws (25), and connector halves (1) from harness (23) and ceiling truss (2).
9.
Pull harness (23) through hole in ceiling truss (2) and remove harness (23) from load center (15).
b. Repair
For van wiring harness repair, refer to para. 3-131.
c. Installation
Push harness (23) through hole in ceiling truss (2) and position harness (23) on load center (15).

NOTE
Perform steps 2 through 5 for left and right side of van body.
Install two connector halves (1) on harness (23) and ceiling truss (2) with two screws (25) and nut (3).
2.
Install cover (22) on van body (26) with six screws (24).
3.
Install two connector halves (18) on harness (23) and cover (22) with two screws (17) and nut (19).
4.
Install grommet (4) on van body (26).
5.
Install wires (7) and (8) on rear door blackout switch (6) with screws (5) and (9).
6.
Install wire (11) on relay (12) with screw (10).
7.
Install wire (13) on neutral buss bar (16) with screw (14).
8.
Install cover (20) on load center (15) with six screws (21).
