Six locknuts (Appendix D, Item 307)
Locknut (Appendix D, Item 294)
Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-272-10).
Fourteen locknuts (Appendix D, Item 291)
Two cotter pins (Appendix D, Item 62)
Tiedown strap (Appendix D, Item 690)
a. Removal
Remove cotter pin (9), washer (10), and clevis pin (13) from cable clevis (11) and shift lever arm (2).

Discard cotter pin (9).
Remove four locknuts (8), screws (5), and shift lever (6) from two shift lever brackets (4), shims (7),

and floor (15). Discard locknuts (8).
3.
Remove woodruff key (19) from shift lever rod (6).
Remove locknut (3), screw (1), and shift lever arm (2) from cab floor (15). Discard locknut (3).

Remove two shift lever brackets (4) from shift lever rod (6).

Remove six locknuts (14), screws (18), seal (17), and retainer ring (16) from cab floor (15). Discard

locknuts (14).
Loosen and remove cable clevis (11) and jamnut (29) from dump valve cable (35).

Remove two locknuts (26), screws (31), clamp (30), and shim (28) from cable conduit (12) and rear

cab floor left bracket (27). Discard locknuts (26).
Remove locknut (25), screw (33), and clamp (32) from cable conduit (12) and rear cab floor right
9.
bracket (24). Discard locknut (25).
Remove tiedown strap (34) from cable conduit (12). Discard tiedown strap (34).
10.
Remove cotter pin (22), washer (21), and clevis pin (20) from cable clevis (41) and control valve (23).
11.
Discard cotter pin (22).
Loosen and remove cable clevis (41) and jamnut (40) from dump valve cable (35).
12.
Remove jamnut (40) and washer (39) from control valve (23) side of cable conduit (12) and lower

bracket (38).
Pull cable conduit (12) through lower bracket (38). Remove washer (37) and nut (36) from cable
14.
conduit (12). Tag for installation.
