Using mechanical wedge puller, remove drive pulley (2) from shaft (1) of water pump body (3).

Using puller, remove water pump impeller (4) from shaft (1).

Remove water pump seal (5) from shaft (1). Discard water pump seal (5).
3.
Remove snapring (7) from ring groove (8) inside bore (6) of water pump body (3). Discard snapring (7).
4.
Place water pump body (3) on arbor press with bore (6) facing downward, and support water pump

body (3) with two blocks of wood.
Remove shaft assembly (9) from water pump body (3) by applying pressure on impeller end of

shaft (9) and press shaft (9) down and out of bore (6).
NOTE
Bearing assemblies come out mounted on shalt.
Using mechanical wedge puller clamped between grease grooves (13) on spacer (12), remove

bearing (11) and spacer (12) from shaft (9)
Remove snapring (14) from snapring groove (15) on shaft (9). Discard snapring (14).
8.
Remove bearing (10) by pressing shaft (9) down through bearing (10).
9.
Press water pump seal (16) out at impeller end of water pump body (3). Discard water pump seal (16).
10.
Remove relief fitting (17) from water pump body (3). Do not discard plug (17) unless damaged.
11.
Remove two vent relief fittings (18) from water pump body (3). Discard relief fittings (18).
