c. Installation
CAUTION
Mounting screws are of different sizes. Do not force screws to
bottom. Misplaced screws can damage parts.
Position new gasket (1) and oil pump (9) on gearcase (11) and install new lockwashers (2) and (8) and

screws (3) and (7) through oil filter head (6) into gearcase (11).
Install three new lockwashers (4) and screws (5) through oil pump flange (13) into gearcase (11).

Install screw (10) and new lockwasher (12) through oil pump flange (13) into gearcase (11).
3.
Tighten screws (3), (7), and (10) 35-46 lb-ft (48-62 Nm).
