NOTE
Left and right van rear door handrail guides are replaced the
same way. This procedure is for left van rear door handrail
hangers.
c. Ladder Handrail Hangers Removal
1.
Release two straps (2) and remove handrail (3) from upper (1) and lower (4) support brackets.
2.
Remove four screws (6) and upper support bracket (1) from van rear door (5).
3.
Remove four screws (7) and lower support bracket (4) from van rear door (5).
4.
Remove eight screws (8), four footman loops (9), and two straps (2) from van rear door (5).
d. Ladder Handrail Hangers Installation
Install four footman loops (9) and two straps (2) on van rear door (5) with eight screws (8).

Install lower bracket (4) on van rear door (5) with four screws (7).
3.
Install upper bracket (1) on van rear door (5) with four screws (6).
4.
Position handrail (3) on upper (1) and lower (4) support brackets and secure with
two straps (2).
