Push wire (19) through grommet (22) and install on heater electrical connector (21) and tighten

Install wire (19) on cab (23) with clamp (18) and screw (17).

Install four wires (1) on relay (2) with four clips (25) and screws (24).
Install wire (3) on diagnostic connector (6) with screw (16), new lockwasher (4), and nut (5).

Install six new tiedown straps (15) on front wiring harness (14).

Connect wire (9) to battery switch (8).
16.
Connect wire (7) to front wiring harness lead (10) behind cab dash panel (26).
17.
Connect wires (11) and (13) to circuit breaker (12).
NOTE
If vehicle is equipped with a personnel heater, perform step 18.
Connect personnel heater wiring harness wire (27) to wire (28) behind cab dash panel (26).
