4. Connect multimeter positive lead to pin B (lead 74) at harness connector and negative

a. Multimeter should indicate continuity. If continuity is not indicated, repair broken
lead 74 (para. 3-131).
b. If continuity is indicated, go to step 5.
Step 5. Connect lead 74 at starter solenoid.
