14. Align left and right sides of towbar (1) at pivot point (4).
15. Install pin (3) in towbar (1).
16. Install linchpin (2) in pin (3).
17. Remove cotter pin (12) from pintle towing hook (13).
18. Open pintle towing hook (13).
