8. Loosen restraining strap (36).
9. Detach restraining strap hook (38) from seat support bracket (39).
10. Remove loop of restraining strap (36) from steering wheel (37).
11. Disconnect tow lights cable (3) from M1089A1 rear electrical connector (22).
