WARNING
M1089A1 should not be operated at speeds over 15 mph (24 km/h)
when towing, except on paved roads when Operator determines
that vehicle being towed and terrain allow safe operation. The
following are maximum speeds for safe operation. Exceeding these
speeds may result in loss of vehicle control.
