NOTE
Left and right front straps are installed the
same way. Left front strap shown.
(44) Install front strap (57) on upper tiedown ring (58) on tank
(15) with shackle (59), pin (60), and cotter pin (61).
(45) Install front strap (57) on first tiedown ring (62) from front
of cargo bed (16) with turnbuckle (63), pin (64), and
cotter pin (65).
(46) Position sleeve (66) between turnbuckle (63) and tank
(15).
(47) Perform steps (44) through (46) on right front strap.
(48) Remove slack from two turnbuckles (63).
