MATERIALS/PARTS
EQUIPMENT CONDITION
Four locknuts (Appendix D, Item 276)
Safety wire (Appendix C, Item 80)
l Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-272-10).
l External power source removed
(TM 9-2320-272-10).
l Battery ground cables disconnected (para. 3-126).
a. Removal
NOTE
Tag wires for installation.
1.
Remove six screws (14) and cover (1) from load center (5).
Remove three screws (16) and wires (17) from circuit breakers (6).
2.
Remove setscrew (3) and wire (2) from neutral buss bar (4).
3.
Remove three screws (8) and plate (7) from electrical box (13).
4.
Remove four locknuts (15), screws (9), and receptacle (10) from van body (12). Discard locknuts (15).
5.
Disconnect connector (11) from receptacle (10).
6.
NOTE
Safety wire will be used to route wires through van body.
Remove wires (2) and (17) from electrical box (13), load center (5), and van body (12).

For van wiring harness repair, refer to para. 3-131.
c. Installation
NOTE
Safety wire will be used to route wires through van body.
Feed wires (2) and (17) through electrical box (13), load center (5), and van body (12).
1.
Connect connector (11) to receptacle (10).
2.
Install receptacle (10) on van body (12) with four screws (9) and new locknuts (15).
3.
Install plate (7) on electrical box (13) with three screws (8).
4.
Install wire (2) on neutral buss bar (4) with setscrew (3).
5.
Install three wires (17) on circuit breakers (6) with three screws (16).
6.
Install cover (1) on load center (5) with six screws (14).
